Please contact our Customer Service within 10 business days from receiving your eyeglasses.
Returns the eyeglasses within 14 business days from receiving them.
Please provide the tracking number and reference code issued of the returned glasses to our Customer Service.
The returned eyeglasses must be complete with case and cleaning cloth.
• If the customer wants to change another frame, the difference will be charged.
• Restocking fee may charge on progressive, bifocal and trifocal orders.
• Designer Frames will not accept return/exchange.
• Free Prescription Glasses and Special Deal will not accept return/exchange unless we cause prescription lenses mistake.
